**If you have LOST a pet, please go to Montgomery County Pet Lost and Found Services at www.co.montgomery.tx.us/animal/search/lost.htm Their website is updated every 3 hours with pictures of pets picked up or dropped off. If they have your pet, they will only hold him/her for 3 days. It is very important that you check their web site regularly** As noted on their site, All animals are held for 72 hours before being euthanized. Please call immediately if you have found your pet or if you would like to report a pet missing.
We hope this site assists you in reuniting you with your pet. Please don't give up hope. We have had pet reunions occur after being lost for 6 weeks or longer!
Posting your LOST or FOUND Pet: MyPetRetriever.com has partnered with Woodlandsonline.com to post your lost or found pet. Once your posting is added to this
web site it will also simultaneously appear in the Lost and Found section of

Suggestions on what to include in your posting:
1) Date of when pet was lost/found
2) Location of where pet was lost/found
3) Picture of pet is highly effective and recommended
4) Brief Description of pet - breed, etc. For a found pet, you may want to leave out some
identifying marks, etc. to ensure that the pet is reunited with its actual owner.
5) Contact information
If you have LOST/FOUND a pet, we strongly encourage posting signs as soon as possible. Signs do work especially within the first 24 - 72 hours.
